The Case Data Management System is used by all judges and court officials of the Constitutional Court of Kosovo for the automation of case files. This tool supports judges and court officials in the automation of constitutional and administrative cases. After the integration of this application “Case Data Management System” newly developed in 2020, a common system has been developed for receiving cases, assigning cases, managing official documents, serving documents, retaining documents, etc.
